Hostel Rules
Girls to enter in the register while going out.
Hostel gate will close at 10.00 pm every night.
Do not celebrate birthdays or any other events in the room.
Switch off light, exhaust fan while coming out of bathroom.
Smoking, chewing tobacco and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Girls and women in the hostel will be responsible for their own belongings.
Students (women) should maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the hostel and dining hall.
Do not engage in indecent behavior which may disturb others in the hostel.
The organization reserves the right to modify these rules from time to time.
Students are strictly prohibited from using induction stoves, electrical appliances in their rooms.
Food from outside mess will not be served by heating it on gas.
The students themselves should coordinate with the mess driver.
Eating is strictly prohibited in any other place except the dining room.
Hostel girls/women are not allowed to meet anyone other than their parents in the hostel.
Before taking leave, the hostel students must fill the leave application in advance to the Rector.
It is compulsory to personally sign the attendance sheet every night.
Management shall have the right to grant and refuse admission to the hostel.
Management reserves the right to cancel entry for any reason.
The institution will have all the rights to change the rooms of the girls as well as the rooms to be given to the idols coming to the hostel.
Students must switch off lights, fans and water tap before leaving the room. If fan or lights are not switched off Rs. 50/- will be fined.
No one will be allowed to take bath after 11.00 am. If you want to take a bath in the evening it should be taken before 7.00 o’clock. Bathing is not allowed after that.
In case of any damage to the structure or property in the hostel, compensation will have to be paid. (mattress, chair, table, fans, taps, lamps, basins, curtains, cushions etc.)
Month will be assumed from a date while taking admission in hostel. If admitted in the hostel on any date of the month, the fee for that month will be charged till the end of the month and regular fee will be charged from one date onwards.
Half fare will be charged if hostel admission is canceled before 15th days of the month. After 15th days of the month in case of cancellation of admission, full month's rent will be charged.
Charges for use of washing machine at one time Rs. 50/-. The organization will not be responsible if the color of the clothes goes away.
The timings for using the machine are as follows: 8.00 am, 7.00 pm, 4:00 pm
